In 2010, Jörg retired from 28 years of service as master distiller at the company. The spirits the company currently continues to make include single malt whiskey, agricole rum, Absinthe, gin, vodka (including flavored versions), apple brandy and liqueurs. St. George Absinthe Verte, which debuted in 2007, was the first legal Absinthe made in the USA since it was banned in 2007.
