Produced with a combo of pinot noir and chardonnay grapes grown following an organic regime in the winery's vineyards, the winery is self-sufficient thanks to an agrophotovoltaic system, making use of the land to grow, and also to harness solar energy. After cold maceration, the grapes are fermented and aged for 7-8 months in steel tanks, followed by refermentation and aging in the bottle for at least two years.
