The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection exemplifies the true craftsmanship, patience and consistency that are hallmarks of our 85+ years of whiskey-making traditions. With new editions released every spring, this collection features Straight American Whiskeys from one of our six traditional mashbills. Ages vary by release but all editions feature our oldest stocks of barrels.

Nose: Full-bodied aromas. Delightful and refreshing.

Distillery Information

Heaven Hill Brands is a family-owned American spirits producer and marketer, based in Bardstown Kentucky. It has its roots as a Bourbon distiller, and owns numerous labels including Evan Williams, Elijah Craig, Larceny, Henry McKenna, Old Fitzgerald and Fighting Cock labels. It also releases Bourbons under the Heaven Hill Distilleries label. The different ranges include William Heavenhill, Trybox and Old Heaven Hill. The company's combined stocks of Bourbon are the second largest in the world. The company's scope has widened considerably in recent decades. The company also owns, amongst others, Rittenhouse Rye, Admiral Nelson's and Blackheart Rum, Hpnotiq liqueur, DuBouchett liqueurs and Lunazul Tequila. The company was founded in 1935 as The old Heavenhill Springs Distillery, by investors including Joseph L. Beam (Jim Beam's cousin) and a member of the Shapira family. Five brothers from the family gradually gained full control of the company, and descendants run it today. All the master distillers since the company's inception have been from the Beam family.
