Their first single malt was lapped up by whisky fans around the world thanks to its smooth and mellow character, created by carefully distilling whisky in all three of Kanosuke’s unique stills before maturing predominantly in ex-shochu casks. Now, the Kanosuke 2021 Second Edition looks to follow on in style. It too was created with liquid from all three stills, but this time it has been matured mostly in ex-bourbon casks.
