Today, Santi produces many of its wines with estate-grown fruit, and also sources grapes from growers with which it has long-standing relationships. The wines are still produced at the original winery, which has been renovated to include a modern winemaking facility and aging cellar. Santi emphasizes international winemaking techniques like aging wines in new French oak barriques to accommodate modern tastes and improve wine quality.
