Pierre worked as a winegrower, as head of cultivation at the Louis Latour house, until his death on December 31, 1937. Yvonne Poisot then became usufructuary of her vineyard plots which were shared in 1979 between her three children. From 1902, Pierre's plots were successively farmed or shared by Louis Latour, Henri Poisot and Michel Voarick, before being taken over in 1986 by Maurice Poisot. The latter, married to Marie-Louise Piguet, has five children. The third, Rémi, took over the farm in June 2010.
