That fruit signature is indeed very strong, luscious and fresh in this blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. This vintage offers more life and energy compared to the more even-keeled 2017 vintage that I tasted at the same time. Ironically, this wine also seems to deliver the sweeter aromas of the two.
