A few years later, the curiosity to discover new territories and compare himself with other producers took him to Sicily. In 2012 he took part in the harvest at Arianna Occhipinti's, and a year later he worked as a winemaker at the Passopisciaro winery, attracted by the volcanic territory. In 2014 he began his work to recover the rented vineyards on the northern side of Etna. In the same year he bottles the first vintage. Today we work 4.7 hectares divided into 9 vineyards at different heights and districts. We continue to recover old vineyards, 90% of which are cultivated with traditional saplings. Today the company believes in the importance of continuous comparison and sharing with other producers, in the knowledge of other territories and other varieties.
