This includes juniper berries, angelica root, cardamom seed, aniseed, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander seed, meadowsweet, elderflower, black peppercorn and freeze-dried raspberry. Not only that, but 10% of the base spirit is produced at the tiny distillery in Sutherland from Organic Plumage Archer Barley. Wonderful for using in cocktails and mixed drinks - they serve it with fresh lemon peel and a pinch of cracked black pepper at the Dornoch Castle Whisky Bar (which is well worth visiting if you're a fan of antique whiskies).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch4\u003eThompson Bros.
