A typically sleek, polished, long-lined performance for this appellation at its best, this isn’t a wine with lots of nooks and crannies. There is a superb sweetness and clarity of finishing fruit along with a vibrant if hard to describe mineral note. Geantet-Pansiot holdings include, among others, parcels in the Poissenot and Les Feusselottes premier cru vineyards as well as 0.45 hectares (1.1 acres) in the Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru.
