In 2020, Nautilis purchased an additional Korohai vineyard adding acres of both Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. Nautilus Estate has two separate wineries – one for its white wines and one for its red wines. The Pinot Noir vinified in open-top fermenting tanks with all transfers of juice and wine utlizing gravity flow to preserve the phenolics and prevent excess oxidation.
