Dom Pérignon is one of the most celebrated names in the world of Champagne. Founded as the prestige cuvée of Moët & Chandon, the house is named after Dom Pierre Pérignon, the 17th-century Benedictine monk and cellar master who pioneered many of the methods that define Champagne today.
