This beautiful white wine from the award-winning Chataeu Mercian winery was created using Japan’s famous Koshu grapes, first produced in Katsunumacho. It’s a fruity, citrusy expression that brings fresh lime, grapefruit and oranges together with incense like spices. A really crisp and refreshing wine that is well worth trying.
