Distillery Information

Comonford Tequila is produced under NOM 1068 in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, an area renowned for high-elevation agave cultivation that yields a naturally sweeter flavor profile. The distillery focuses on traditional methods, slow roasting, and small-batch distillation to preserve agave purity. Aging takes place in oak barrels that enhance depth and smoothness while maintaining a clean finish. Though relatively new compared to heritage houses, Comonford has built a reputation for quality and consistency within the premium sipping tequila segment.
