Nose: Pleasant aroma.

Palate: Lapin Rouillé displays exotic fruit, red berries, spring flowers and a pinch of sea salt, offering a juicy, vibrant acidity and light minerality, all coming together with freshness and delicacy.

Finish: A perfect aperitif and pairs beautifully with seafood, in particular salmon and shellfish.
