Baker's Single Barrel Bourbon 13 Year is a limited-edition release which launched in October 2019 -- the same time the brand transitioned from being bottled as a small batch bourbon into a single barrel bourbon. Baker's was first launched in 1992 when then master distiller Booker Noe added it to Jim Beam's Small Batch Bourbon Collection. It is named after Baker Beam, grand-nephew of Jim Beam and now retired 6th generation Beam family distiller.

Nose: Roasted mixed nuts, charred oak, black raspberry, and light pepper.

Palate: Chewy caramel, burnt brown sugar, roasted nuts, charred oak, and milk chocolate. Robust intensity of flavors bringing a slightly dry taste.

Finish: Rye spice, tobacco, and stone fruit. Increasingly dry on the backend with a long, lingering, savory spice

Baker’s Bourbon is crafted at the renowned Jim Beam Distillery, one of America’s most iconic bourbon producers with over 225 years of whiskey-making heritage. Named after Baker Beam, grandnephew of legendary distiller Jim Beam, this brand honors the Beam family’s deep-rooted legacy in Kentucky bourbon craftsmanship. Bakers was originally part of Jim Beam’s Small Batch Bourbon Collection, alongside Knob Creek, Basil Hayden’s, and Booker’s. In 2019, the brand evolved into a single barrel expression, highlighting the individuality of each barrel and the master distiller’s discerning selection process. Every bottle of Baker’s is drawn from a single, uniquely aged barrel, ensuring no two are exactly alike — a hallmark of authenticity and character that bourbon purists cherish.
