2021 Yellowstone Limited Edition comprises the most mature and flavorful 7-year-old and 15-year-old bourbons hand-selected by Limestone Branch Master Distiller Stephen Beam – including select 7-year-old barrels finished in Amarone casks

The 2020 Yellowstone Limited Edition also offers a premium new bottle that’s both modern and timeless, making it a natural fit for the Limestone Branch family of spirits.

Each year since 2015, Beam has produced a unique, limited-edition bourbon under the Yellowstone brand, which was established in 1872 by Beam's great-great-grandfather and early bourbon pioneer, J.W. Dant. For this year's Yellowstone Limited Edition, Beam selected Amarone casks to finish select barrels of 7-year-old-bourbon to complement the tasting notes of the extra-aged bourbons that make up this year's Limited Edition.

Nose: Soft leather with hints of honeydew melon and chocolate

Palate: Vanilla notes with hints of burnt orange, oak, and dried plum

Finish: Toasted coconut with lingering oak

The distillery was truly a family affair. They decided Lebanon would be the perfect location because it’s just a stone’s throw away from the now-long-gone distilleries of the family’s past. And, local grain and limestone water, both so essential for the unique and personal recipes, is readily available.
