Copalli Barrel Rested Rum

Copalli Barrel Rested is a 100% sustainably distilled, single estate, organic rum made in the heart of the Belizean rainforest using all natural ingredients. The rum is pot distilled using freshly harvested sugarcane juice, rainforest canopy water, premium selected yeast, then aged in American Oak barrels to create a full bodied, sweet tasting rum. A clean rum that is delicious neat, on the rocks, or showcased your favorite classic rum cocktail.

Nose: Vanilla, caramel and nut.

Palate: Remarkably balanced while maintaining the lingering characteristics of fresh sugarcane juice.

Finish: A slightly dry cinnamon spice.

Deep in the Belizean rainforest, nestled between the Caribbean Sea and the ruined Mayan city of Lubaantun, sits the Copal Tree Distillery. Founded in 2017, this eco-friendly facility was created with a few principles in mind- Honor The Land, Honor the People and Make Great Tasting Rum as all natural as its surroundings. We celebrate being part of the rich heritage of the Southern Belize and are proud that our philanthropic efforts go to preserving the pristine land, protecting surrounding marine life and supporting our local community.
