Don Amado Largo Mezcal Tasting Notes

Nose: Prevalent in the aroma is rich agave, roasted nuts, barbecued vegetables and fruit tossed with sage and oregano along with a myriad of savory spices.

Palate: These complex aromas are restated as flavors and are balanced by candied smoke in a creamy mouthfeel.

Finish: This mezcal easily reminds you of the high desert just after a heavy rainfall--bright, vegetal and clean.
