The journey of Peregrine First Flight, begins with a blend of rye and corn whiskies aged in diverse casks, including ex-Speyside scotch and new American oak. The whisky is then recasked into French Limousin, American ex-Cognac, and new American oak for an additional 5 months, creating a harmonious balance of flavors.

Nose: Spicy aroma.
Palate: Peregrine First Flight lands on your palate with freshness, followed by a rich, oily burst of fruit. The mid-palate offers a luxurious blend of chocolate, orange, and vanilla.
Finish: The finish is a layered delight of gingerbread, tonka bean, orange blossom, and a lingering shortbread with mint leaf.
