Grapes are hand-harvested in 50 kg boxes and vinified separately to capture the unique characteristics of each terroir. Aging in demi-muids for 18 to 20 months, followed by a month-long assembly. The wines are bottled without filtration.

Domaine Faury is a northern Rhône wine producer, making wines under the Côte Rôtie, Condrieu, Saint-Joseph and Collines Rhodaniennes appellations. The wines of Domaine Faury, made largely from Syrah, are known for their expressiveness and traditional style.
