Nose: Medium intensity, with notes of delicate white pepper, oak, and vanilla.
Palate: Sweet, but slightly salty, balanced, rich.
Finish: Long and complex.
Distillery Information
The production facility covers an area of 20,000 square meters where the distillery, bottling and packaging, underground cellars and warehousing facilities are situated, making Alexandrion Saber one of the largest and most modern production facilities in southeastern Europe. It also owns vineyards and wine production facilities in the Dealu Mare (Big Hill) region.
