A long aged whisky from Gordon & Macphail, distilled at Strathisla back in 1949 just before the distillery was bought and rejuvenated by Chivas Brothers, and bottled in 2006 at 56 years of age.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
