Tower 11 Single Barrel Bourbon, finished in French Oak casks and curated by Brett Young, is an embodiment of nostalgia, craftsmanship, and personal narrative. Inspired by Young's cherished memories of surfing in Southern California and the iconic Lifeguard Tower 11, this bourbon is more than just a spirit; it's a tribute to the formative moments and places that shape us.

Nose: Great elegance and charm on the nose.

Palate: The palate is very powerful and complex. Smooth texture.

Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.

Distillery Information

In 2020 we commissioned and started distilling gin and vodka in our micro-batch copper pot still. In early 2021 we installed our larger Australian made, custom-built, copper whiskey still. Our whiskey journey then began with our brewery and distillery team brewing our first batch of whiskey wash.
