The rum in this bottle is a funky 12 year old Clarendon, aged in American Oak and bottled cask strength at 56,8%vol.

Nose: Unmistakably Jamaican as that classic funk of overripe banana leads the way. Black banana bread and vanilla custard with a hint of smoky treacle toffee.

Palate: A perfect Clarendon. Drying overripe fruits with a slight nail vanish note and a touch of green ginger gives us Jamaican rum in a glass.

Finish: Very long and lingering with every component from above combining for an incredible encore.
