Nose: Cooked agave, vanilla and caramel with citrus peel, dried fruit, toasted oak and soft baking spice.

Palate: Smooth and rounded, with roasted agave, caramel, vanilla and ripe fruit balanced by gentle oak, cinnamon and light pepper.

Finish: Medium-long and warming, with lingering agave sweetness, vanilla, caramel and soft oak spice.
