Trujillo Carbon Blanco is a refined tequila that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern filtration techniques. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, it undergoes the traditional tahona milling process, which imparts subtle mint and cinnamon notes. The tequila is then charcoal-filtered to remove impurities, resulting in a smooth, clean profile while preserving the essence of the agave.

Nose: Intense herbal aromas of green agave, complemented by hints of mint, lime, and a touch of cinnamon.

Palate: Clean and sweet entry of cooked agave, followed by nuances of soft vanilla and black pepper, with a velvety texture that provides softness.

Finish: Medium body, smooth and silky finish with a slightly herbal, spicy, and mineral impression
