Summer Dreams Wine is a wine project by Jayson Woodbridge of Hundred Acre and Fortunate Son. It is produced in ode to a Californian summer and sourced from multiple different vineyards along the western Sonoma Coast. The vineyards for Summer Dreams are selected based on the soil type; Goldridge soils are a rare, fine-grained sandy loam that is known to produce wine with a light texture and good chemical balance. Typically low in magnesium, Goldridge soils provide good drainage. Some of the particularly unique sites for the brand are layered on top of ancient seabeds with a high clay content. This allows the soil to retain moisture throughout the growing season. The vineyards typically sit between 900 to 1900 feet (274 579 meters) above sea level. The Summer Dreams portfolio primarily consists of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
