Speyburn 16 Years is a pleasant and lively Speyside Single Malt Whiskey. After distillation, it was decided to let it mature exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels. New Make Spirit with very different layers and thus complete it.

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Long, warming finish.

1897 saw Queen Victoria celebrating the 60th year of her reign and John Hopkins, never one to let a good celebration go to waste, set himself a big challenge. He said he would build a distillery and craft a whisky in time to toast the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
