Matthew Fox Vineyards produces a variety of wines, with a focus on quality grapes crafted into distinctive flavors. Their Moscato is known for aromas of guava, melon, and ripe citrus, and pairs well with light cheeses, spicy cuisine, and desserts, according to Festival Foods. The vineyard's Cabernet Sauvignon is a red, bold, and structured wine, also available in a less expensive category for California wines. The vineyard also produces wines from zinfandel, pinot grigio, merlot, shiraz, and chardonnay grapes.
