The Grand Vin Blanc is a blend of Vermentino, Roussanne, Viognier and Bourboulenc, fermented and matured in oak barrels for around 7 to 8 months. This is a fleshy yet powerful wine with notes of white citrus, stone fruits, fennel fronds, wild honey and very lightly toasted nuts. Abundant with fruit but with ample freshness and minerality, this would be a delicious pairing to seafood, particularly seared scallops.
