Bardstown Ferrand Collaborative Series II Kentucky Straight Whiskey

This limited‑edition release is the second collaboration between Bardstown Bourbon Company and Maison Ferrand (Cognac). A blend of Kentucky straight whiskeys (aged approximately 6‑12 years) is finished for around 15 months in Cognac barrels from Ferrand. It offers a rich fusion of American bourbon character and French‑style cognac finishing.

Nose: Brown sugar and toffee, baked red cherries, subtle leather and vine‑fruit undercurrents.

Palate: Vanilla cream and pecan pie sweetness meet toasted oak and raisin, with rye‑spice brightness and a hint of mint.

Finish: Long and layered — lingering caramel, dried fruit and leather, grounded by warming oak.

For Ferrand II, Bardstown blended multiple sourced whiskeys and then finished them in Cognac casks from Maison Ferrand in France.
