Nose: Nose of toffee citrus and young tobacco. Entry is sweet with caramel corn and oaks.
Palate: Mid-palate thins and dries slightly, with notes of stone fruit and a hint of mint.
Finish: Finish has notes of salty olives, oak, caramel and vanilla.

The flavor is well-balanced, with sweet notes of maple, honey and dates mingled together with touches of oaky spices and cloves, and leads to a soft and elegant finish.
