Jean-Luc Pasquet L`Organic Folle Blanche is a premium, organic Cognac produced by the family-run Jean-Luc Pasquet in Chez Ferchauds, France. Made with Folle Blanche grapes from the Grande Champagne region, this 100% organic Cognac is matured for more than 10 years, displaying aromas and flavours of mirabelle plums, peaches, sandalwood and orange zest.

Distillery Information
The Pasquet Cognac vineyard has been family owned since 1730. Jean-Luc Pasquet and his wife, Marie-Françoise, had been growing fruit conventionally on their 7 hectare estate until 1995 when they began to explore organic winemaking. In 1998, they were granted “Agriculture Biologique” certification.
