"On my recent flight to Milan from Reykjavik, I ordered a G&T with Lavender & Echinacea Gin. And then I ordered a second one. Such a sensuous experience! It is visually beautiful, faintly lavendar-colored in the bottle and when mixed with Indian tonic water, becomes a darker but still soft violet color. Its scent reminded me of a farm meadow in bloom with wild coneflowers. This cocktail was lovely~ smooth and gently fragrant in my mouth. I am trying to find this gin in Minnesota.
