Nose: Plump sultanas, juicy figs, and dates join sweet, tangy notes of marmalade and mango. There's a touch of burnt rubber nestling among layers of ripe pineapple, butterscotch, and cacao.

Palate: Soft, sweet notes of banana loaf and juicy pineapple join buttery waves of toffee and chocolate-coated coffee beans.

Finish: Generous helpings of sweet baking spice warmth, with a touch of bitter cocoa joining that burnt rubber from the nose, and rich toasted oak.

First there was That Boutique-y Whisky Company, and it was good (there are awards to prove it). Then there was That Boutique-y Gin Company, which was also good (again, they have awards for proof). Now, they’ve introduced That Boutique-y Rum Company in to the mix, and to prove it all once again, the whole family won Spirits Bottler of the Year 2023 at the Spirits Business awards!
