GlenAllachie 31 Year Old 1989 (cask 4011) - Single Cask Scotch Whisky | 700ML

A deliciously well-aged, wine cask-matured GlenAllachie single malt here! This one was distilled back in 1989, and left to mature in a barrique which previously held Rioja red wine for over three decades. It was bottled in February 2021 at 31 years old, with a release of 304 bottles at 49.1% ABV.

Nose: Ripe bananas, raisins, pineapple and hints of mocha.

Palate: Brimming with raisons and almonds, followed by pineapple, mocha and cinnamon.

Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
