Schistes is 100% Grenache Noir from 30 separate parcels of exceptional old vines from across the AOP Collioure appellation. All the fruit is hand-harvested, fully destemmed and cold-soaked with the skins before ageing in tanks. Typically, this is an incredibly pure and expressive wine, with wonderful notes of red berry fruits, wild Mediterranean herbs, spices and cool, mineral freshness.
