It was established in 1978 by Jerry and Flora Komes, and makes a wide array of wines sourced from multiple vineyards spanning Napa Valley, notably the Trilogy Cabernet Sauvignon.When the couple first purchased the property, it was an abandoned winery from the 19th Century that had been completely overgrown. They restored the historic building on the property and it now serves as the winery and cellars.Flora Springs is still family-owned and operated by third-generation vintners Nat Komes and Sean Garvey.There are around 260 hectares (650 acres) of estate vineyards which provide grapes for a range of red and white wines.
