The estate vineyard, Conn Valley Ranch, covers 50 acres (20 hectares) of land on a south-facing slope. The vineyard is planted to Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, which makes up around 25 percent of production. It provides fruit for the Neyers Ranch Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon wines, as well as the ÂME Cabernet Sauvignon. The Neyers also source fruit from select growers in specific AVAs to produce varietal wines from grape varieties like Zinfandel, Syrah, Chardonnay, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Pinot Noir.
