Handcrafted from start to finish and distilled in small batches using unrefined sugar cane and matured in once used bourbon barrels. This premium single barrel rum is a medium amber color with notes of vanilla, oak, and a hint of citrus and spice.

Copper Bottom Craft Distillery opened in Holly Hill, Florida just steps from the Halifax River during the fall of 2016. Owned and operated by the Craig family this small craft distillery has begun producing rum and vodka for the Florida market.
