Nose: Rye spice, caramel and vanilla with toasted oak, dark cherry, brown sugar and cinnamon.

Palate: Rich and spicy, with caramelized sugar, vanilla and dark fruit alongside peppery rye, toasted oak and baking spice.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering rye spice, caramel, vanilla and seasoned oak, followed by cinnamon and black pepper.

New Riff Distilling was founded in 2014 in Newport, Kentucky, across the Ohio River from Cincinnati. The distillery was established with a philosophy of producing high-quality whiskey while embracing modern interpretations of traditional Kentucky distilling. New Riff became known for its Bottled-in-Bond bourbon and rye, as well as its commitment to producing whiskey from its own distillery rather than relying solely on sourced spirit. Its portfolio has expanded into Kentucky Single Malt and other experimental expressions, reflecting the distillery's willingness to explore beyond classic bourbon and rye.
