On the organoleptic examination, this Friulian red wine shows a ruby red colour with violet reflections and the nose is impressive for its complexity: notes of red fruit, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, incense, leather and coffee.

The story of Le Vigne di Zamo dates back to 1924 when the family opened their Osteria di Manzano; many years later in 1978 the family purchased 5 hectares of vineyards and have since expanded their vineyard holdings to the 35 hectares it occupies today all the while producing iconic Friulian wines.
