"Perpetuity Blended Scotch is an "infinity bottle" whisky from The Leith Export Co., inspired by a 15th-century Leith cooper, Henry Douglas, and the concept of a perpetual blend where each bottling adds new whisky, creating an evolving, complex spirit from casks sourced across Scotland. Its label tells the tale of Douglas, the "Cursed Cooper," while the whisky itself keeps changing, using a portion of the previous batch and adding new malts/grains for unique, ever-changing flavors."
