10 year old single malt from the BenRiach distillery. matured in a cask that previously held wonderfully sweet Sauternes wine! This expression was distilled in January 2008 and bottled in 2018 for the 15th batch of BenRiach's single cask releases, with only 296 bottles produced.

Nose: A patisserie of honey-glazed apple flan and baked peach in creme caramel.
Palate: Sweet honeyed peach with coconut cream developing into candy floss and apricot fruit tarts.
Finish: Dark chocolate and fresh pear.

The BenRiach distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery in the Speyside area of Scotland. It is currently owned by Brown-Forman Corporation after being purchased on 1 June 2016 as a subsidiary from the BenRiach Distillery Company Limited, formed by two South African funding partners, Geoff Bell and Wayne Keiswetter, and Scotch whisky expert Billy Walker.
