Detailed Description
An unusual Israeli single malt from Milk & Honey that has been finished in ex-pomegranate wine casks for six months before being bottled in April 2021. Aromas of ripe pomegranate, vanilla, roasted coffee and butterscotch fill the nose, complemented by notes of dried figs, garden herbs, white pepper, toasted oak and sourdough toast throughout the palate.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
