This Speyside single malt was distilled at GlenAllachie in 2004 and matured in a single Oloroso puncheon for a full 15 years before bottling in August 2019 at a cask strength of 56.7% abv. Released as part of the second batch of UK exclusive single casks from the distillery, only 354 bottles have been produced, each one individually numbered.

Nose: Plantains and heather honey, with orange zest and a pinch of cinnamon.
Palate: Rich spice, treacle toffee and raisins with orange peel and dark chocolate.
Finish: Long and warming.
Distillery Information
Glenallachie is a malt whisky distillery on Speyside at Aberlour founded in 1967. It has mainly produced whisky for blends. Under Chivas ownership it released 2 official bottlings at cask strength, one of 16 and one of 18 years old. A new core range of 10, 12, 18 and 25 year old whisky was released in 2018 under the new ownership, as well as additional single cask releases.
