An aged Cachaça produced by Brazil's Novo Fogo Distillery and bottled by That Boutique-y Ru... Wait a minute... That Boutique-y Cachaça Company! There we go. Anyway, yes, delicious Cachaça produced by an excellent team in southern Brazil, allowed to rest in a combination of Amburana and American oak before being bottled. You're most likely to see Cachaça aged in American oak, so the use of Amburana (which is Brazilian teak) is something rather special indeed. The label features a team of familiar faces (well, they would be familiar if we could see them...) learning how to Bogo Pogo. Batch 1 is a release of 550 bottles.
