Focusing on a love of Provence in the south of France, this elegant dry gin is distilled in the region and includes local basil, fennel, eucalyptus, thyme, pink grapefruit, and mint among its selection of 12 botanicals. Each botanical is distilled separately and carefully blended for a clever balance of zesty citrus and drying herbs.

Nose: Fresh, drying notes of basil and thyme are followed by zesty citrus peels.

Palate: Oily, softly floral juniper and liquorice.

Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.

Distillery Information

Between the Aurélien Mounts and the Sainte-Victoire Mountain, grapes and olives grown in this domain have a Provençal accent and the flavour of scrubland. Terre de Mistral is, above all, a beautiful story of families united by their common passion for wine and olive oil. They share this love of the land with rare enthusiasm. The owners of the winery Domaine Terre de Mistral, Nadia and Serge Davico, are natives of Rousset (near Aix-en-Provence) and the vineyard came partly from serge’s grandfather, “Galine” as called by his peers.
