Nose: Rich vanilla and oak upfront, followed by bright citrus notes. Hints of caramel and toffee emerge, with subtle stone fruit aromas of peach and apricot adding complexity.

Palate: Caramel and vanilla dominate initially, quickly joined by a robust toffee flavor. Stone fruit notes become more pronounced, with peach and apricot lending a floral sweetness. Charred oak provides structure, while honey smooths out the edges. Cinnamon and cherry flavors develop as it opens up.

Finish: Long and warming. The charred oak lingers, balanced by a persistent honey sweetness. Cinnamon spice and cherry notes fade slowly, leaving a pleasant oakiness. A hint of citrus zest appears at the very end, adding brightness to the finish.

The Yellowstone line draws its name from the famous national park and originally became popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The modern distillery combines heritage techniques with careful cask selection, particularly for its limited releases.
